  Our rooms were clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Coffee and juice and pastry was served, for a simple breakfast. Neighborhood is very nice and a short walk to the train station. The hotel is about a block from Independence Square on a side street with little traffic. The attached trattoria is excellent. The manager was very helpful, calling ... vad folk säger » a cab for us when our own cell phones didn't work. Although a 'basic' hotel, it suited us very well. We would return and/or recommend this hotel to an - Staff is really friendly, helped to us so much. Even gave map and a lot of times showed on it what we must see and how we can walk. Room is so good for this money, its big and all from natural wood. On floor 4 or 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms, it is so comfortable too. Location is so good: nearly railway station, 20 minutes walk to Coliseum.

  It is a friendly place. The decor is nice but the furniture is worn. Fabio is a fabulous host and always willing to fix you a cuppocino or a water. The breakfast is very good with good selection and fresh pastries, eggs and juice. - Staff were excellent - both in the reception and Fabio and his team in the breakfast room! Note, that hotel is located on the 3rd floor (!) of an old building, where elevator aged of 100 years too. First of all, elevator is quite tiny.   Perfekt läge - What a great place to stay - close to Termini Station - and start oftour bus - this hotel has a shuttle to and from the airport - everyonewas very nice and wanted to help make our stay more enjoyable.   It is just one block from the termini station. The owners are nice. The air Conditioning works okay. Easy walk to grocery near metro and train - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location near Termini was very convenient.

  Absolutely amazing day spa area - awesome pool and so much access to relaxing areas. Food is brilliant in the restaurant. I celebrated my 21st bday in the restaurant and they brought me out a cake free of charge! And the room was perfect - so huge and very comforting. Loved the hotel overall though! Staff = brilliant. Make you feel - I loved the attention to detail in the designof the hotel. Extremely stylish and very new.   This was our first visit to Rome, the staff were very helpful withinformation regarding tours, restaurants etc. The air conditioned roomswere a god send during August with temps of 36+.   Perfekt läge eftersom vi kom med tåg till Roma Termini och dessutom gångavstånd till många sevärdheter - Centralt (200m från stationen), bad om ett tyst rum och fick ett rum på 8:e våningen som var hyfsat lungt, även om det aldrig blir riktigt tyst i dessa kvarter. Skulle söka mig till lugnare kvarter nästa gång, trafiken alldeles utanför var snudd... vad folk säger » på mördande även om det var bra på sitt sätt att vara så nära tåg o bussstation samt T-bana. Var på konferens som hölls på hotellet vilket var praktiskt.
