She advised the best ways to get around and how to stay safe and not get ripped off. I had very easy access to all forms of public transport, my wife had all the historica - Extremely helpful and friendly staff...we felt they really took an interest in us. Very handy situation...next to Piazza Municipio...handy for knowing when to jump off the bus! Handy for the boats round the bay. Very interesting childrens' sailing regatta on Sun. Very friendly local people....reallly helpful on buses.

  The (2!) roof-terraces were fantastic. Great heating, well sorted kitchen. Very friendly welcome from Fabio. Fantastic safe yet central location, really cool and atmospheric building. Really nice to let us store our bags after we had checked out. Supermarkets, restaurants are nearby. Old beautiful building. Very kind helpful and responsive personnel (Marta) and owner (Fabio). Excellent but not expensive place to stay for several days for two adults and two kids to visit all sightseeings in Napoli. Very recommended!

  Superb city boutique hotel. Renovated with wonderful style and modern comforts. Staff were extremely helpful. Very good central location. Could walk everywhere including to the port. Owner was gracious. Best cappuccino machine I encountered on our 3 week trip through Italy. Breakfast was fine.   All the reception staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. In particular, they were kind enough to let us leave our heavy suitcases with them while we went to Capri for two days even though we weren't coming back to stay there. Ilaria (I hope I have the name right - the English version of Hilary I think) was particularly helpful to us.... vad folk säger » The free wifi was excellent - fast and never cut off. The breakfast was also very good. The only thing I didn't like so much was that it was down in - An excellent hotel, very well located. Most important attractions are walking distance away as are the Railway Station and the Ferry Wharf. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help me plan my trips to the Amalfi coast, Capri et al. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Seem to be newly done up. The morning breakfast was very nice and while it was an excellent Prosecco instead of Champagne, I certainly had no complaints. Some excellent pizzerias nearby. All in all a very pleasant

  Located on the seventh floor of a high rise building within easy walking distance of old and neo-classical Naples. Also 600m to the port for trips to Capri, Amalfi coast, Sicily etc. Friendly staff who let us check in early and stored our luggage on departure. Located within 5-10 minutes walk from the main places of Naples. The room was quite spacious and clean. Special thanks to nice girl at the reception Lyudmila, she helped us with a choice of restaurants and places to visit. The hotel owner is very friendly and nice person. We had a late check out and he agreed with it. Taxi was called at the time.
