  The room and toilet are clean, just exactly what we need on our stay. The apartment building is in the middle of the local area in Rome and centrally located to all the tourist attractions. The host is also very nice and helpful.   The room was spacious and clean. It had several secure doors to gain entry so was extremely safe. My room overlooked a piazza which was nice.   I travel in Italy a lot, work and have a home there. This hotel had millionaire service and an economy price. The hotel was immaculate. The staff was incredibly hospitable and informative and accommodating. The beds were fantastic - I shared a two twin room - I need a support mattress and this mattress was superb. I slept quite well. I will stay here again a - The location was perfect. The place was super clean and the staff was very attentive a curious! Read some other reviews about the noise.. The place is so centrally located so there was some noise but the sound- proof windows blocked nearly all if the ground noise. The owners even set up transfer to the airport that came early. I have stayed in Rome at 3 other places and this was the best for the combo of clean, value, and location! Will definitely stay again!

  The staff at Navona Suites were extremely helpful. The answer was always 'yes' and with a smile. They dealt with every single request immediately and gave great advice on places to visit and local expertise on prices and timings of trips.   One of the finest luxury hotels in Rome. Architecture at the highest level: a mixture between Renassaince and modernity. Very nice and height rooms with a spectacular ceiling. The best part of the hotel was the staff. I've never seen such a friendly staff. First off, the location was perfect. From the Piazza del Gesu you can walk everywhere on your tourist map. The only time we cabbed was to go back and forth to the Vatican. The service was excellent. We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy. The breakfast was enormous and catered to gluten free (as does everyone in Rome)

  More than excellent location, within walking distance to all major tourist attractions in the historical centre of Rome and in a 5 minute walk to the Vatican. Situated on the first floor of a block of apartments with a lot of small family run restaurants a few paces in each direction. A few minutes walk frm the main bus routes.   It was a very good location. Although we passed the door once and had to go back. The first impression when entering the main door was not the best. But then when we entered the door to The Pantheon Relais it was a different world. So elegant,nice and comfortable. The room had been refurbished 3-4 months ago and was so nice.that goes for the bathroom as well. - Great location and good value for price. Very thoughtful about details that a traveler might forget such as toothbrush and razor. We were offered the arrangement of a private transfer from the airport on arrival and that was incredibly helpful after an 8 hour overnight flight. Cost of that was also very reasonable by North American comparison. They made this a perfect start to our vacation.

  We had a wonderful stay. The limo service offered picked us up at the airport and drove us back at the end of our stay (all Iin time). Furthermore everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance! Staff is very helpful. We arrived early, and could leave the luggage.
