  They were very accomadating when we were delayed in London for two days (cancelled flight) and needed to move our reservation by that number of days. Bookings.com helped us with this (not sure it would have turned out the same if they hadn't). As others have said, the hotel was in a great location. Our room was no frills, but all we did - The size of our room was good with very high ceilings adding to the feeling of a very spacious room. Free wifi worked efficiently in the room. Staff were very helpful. Location is excellent. Within 5 minutes walk of Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and just a little bit further for Trastevere. A good value hotel for the location.

  Hotel Clarisse is lovely. Simple rooms but clean and comfortable. However it's the staff that make it a great hotel. They go out of their way to help you with your traveling plans around Rome and make you feel welcome. Sergio in particular was wonderful to us. He told us about an amazing local restaurant, found last minute tour to the Vatican, and... vad folk säger » even accompanied me to a shoe repair to help translate. I would stay here again simply for the service. - The hotel staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. They assisted with setting up tours and transportation. They even packed our breakfast to go, since our tour departed before the restaurant opened. We didn't spend much time in the room other than to shower and sleep, but the rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning (August!) and doors that opened to the courtyard. We were able to walk to many of the major sites. It was lovely.

To our extremely pleasant surprise we were upgraded to an appartment on the top floor with a rooftop patio overlooking Rome. It was all absolutely fabulous. No complaints at all and would definitely recommend.

  This hotel is really convenient to exploring Old Rome. The Coliseum was a little bit of a walk, but all the other big sights were within a 20 minute walk.   The location, top notch! The flexibility offered by it's proximity to numerous of the important and historical sights of Rome, made Hotel Adriano the best hotel option for us. We highly recommend Hotel Adriano to all travelers.   Very good location right in the center close to the main city attractions and boutiques. We lived in a double room facing the yard with a nice balcony. It was very calm, cosy and clean.   Our stay was very pleasant. Service is very good, the hotel is ideally located (everything is at walking distance), the room in courtyard is very quiet and the service unflawed. Given the special promotion we obtained, this hotel was fantastic. Still at a normal rate, this hotel should be warmly recommended (in comparison to many others in Roma whi... vad folk säger » ch are by far more expensive but far older and less sympathic). - This was our first stay at the Diplomatic - we arrived at Ciampino Airport at 8.20pm and used the Cottrall bus to take us the Aanagnina metro stantion. From the station at Lepante we walked 15 mins to our Hotel.We found our room very clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful. The breakfast room was very pleasant as were the staff and we enjoyed the food available. Service was excellent.
