  Staffs and the Ms were very very kind, the hotel is very very near at all interested point, Duomo, Sant Lorent church, Old palace, etc..very near at the Stations. The room was cleaned.   The staff members were very helpful and speak good English. Before we even asked they offered us a city map and a list of opening hours of all museums/galleries. It's apparently a family run hotel and the owners're proud of their town. Great location, we could see the Medici Chapel from our window. The noise from the street wouldn't be a problem as the rooms feature three layers of windows, each of them double glazed, very impressive insulatio - Excellent location as it was a 5-10 minute walk to the train station and a nice walking distance to all major attractions. We asked for a room facing the courtyard/cathedral during booking after seeing a review on letsbookhotel.com, and the hotel gave us a room on the top most floor with the best possible view :) Air conditioned room with soundproof windows. Breakfast is definitely worth the money for 5 euros per person. Laundromat and mini supermarket on same street. Good strong wifi.

The value for our money was great and the location was perfect. Breakfast was simple but very tasty and there was a very nice restaurant next door for lunch or dinner.   In general the room, the staff who was very kind. People often complain about the breakfast but I think it is just fine. It is enough, at least :) Everything was clean, so nothing to say there. And they kept our bags even after we checked out (we checked out in the morning and had a late evening flight). - Location, Location. We enjoyed conversations about Italy with him. His cappuccino is good too.
