  Beautiful, ELEGANT, boutique, LUXURY HOTEL WITH A VERY ATTENTIVE, CARING, HELPFUL STAFF. Everything about this hotel screams refined taste. Thought they have just recently opened, and they are still ironing out some electronic quirks, they are right on top of every detail. We truly loved this hotel in wonderful Verona! - The room was lovely and the staff were friendly and very helpful. And though the hotel is just around the corner from Piazza Bra, it was very peaceful I went there to celebrate a big birthday and staff helped with choosing a fabulous place to eat and also gave us good advice for our visit to Lake Garda. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Although no reception in actual building this was not a problem as reception open 24hrs by dialing 9 or just moments walk around corner.   The set-up is a bit weird, there is no actual hotel lobby. Instead you are given keys by the staff of the Ippoppotamo restaurant. But, then you are led to the back of the hotel and to your own private room and wow! The hotel isn't cheap but it surely is worth every cent!   The location was perfect for my first visit to beautiful Verona. My room and the entire facility was tastefully and uniquely decorated, warm and welcoming.   Our room was fantastic with a large bathroom. Luxuriously set up and ideally located. Everything worked well and Maria cooked us wonderful breakfasts each morning. It was a perfect location for our weekend visit to Verona. Being within the ZTL area means hardly any cars around. It was just a minute away from the lovely Piazza Erbe with plenty of shops, cafes and bars to tempt you on way! Luigi was the perfect host, clea - Beautifully located in the heart of Verona, near all the places you want to see and all nice fashion shops and 'piazzas' with cafes and restaurants, Residenza Borsari is a charming place to visit Verona. We started our stay with a glass of prosecco on the little balcony looking at the passing by people. Breakfast is served on the terrazza and you can talk to Luigi, the host, who will give you the best hints regarding the best foodie places in Verona. We will definitely come back:)
