This hotel had a great location. However I was a little disappointed that my room did not have a view overlooking the canal as that was one of the key points that attracted me to staying there. - nice hotel, great location, very friendly and helpful staff

I was initially a Venice sceptic but the magic of the place, and in particular this modern hotel, made it truly phenomenal.

It's a good value for the money spent in a city where some businesses easily gouge tourists. The staff are very friendly and accomodating, providing answers to every question we had. Good location in quiet small pretty square close to St Marks Sq and gondola's. Clean, bright and nicely decorated / finished. Excellent friendly staff. Our passports were pick-pocketted when boarding passenger ferry to car park on departure - nothing to do with hotel but receptionist was most helpful with advice. Beware ferrys / pick pockets! Great

Location,services - Excellent location, room decor very nice and spacious, bathroom very clean,and nicely decorated. Staff friendly and helpful, good breakfast,staff on an evening turned down the sheets, changed towels again, left chocs,and a weather forcast for the following day.
