The room exceeded our expectation. It was large, very clean, and updated. All of the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. - Hotel was of a good standard and had an excellent location. Staff were always courteous and helpful.

excellent site half way betwee San Marco and The Rialto. Wonderful staff very friendly and helpful. No lift but this was no big deal. Air conditioning was a boon. If you strike Mirelle,Lorenzo,Alexander and Andy you will expirence the A team. Thanks to all - we feel very comfotrtable

Easy to find, Staff was very helpful and aided us getting to the room, which was located in a separate building. Very helpful getting our bags to the room, which was no easy task as I was travelling for three weeks and required vacation and work clothes!

... vad folk säger » ur checkout process offering to sotre our bags if we needed for a few hours and things like that. - The hotel was in a very good position and was easy to find, our standard double room was a good size and very quiet at night and the the en suite bathroom was stylish and immaculate. All the staff were suberb; they spoke good english, they smiled and they could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was excellent and exactly what we wanted - lots of choice and hot and cold options.

Great location-close to everything. Staff was very helpful and informative. Kept very clean and tidy. Breakfast was great on the patio. Do have to climb a lot of stairs (no elevator) but very nice place. -
Location was perfect. Nice to be able to put all 5 of us in one room.
Staff were very easy to work with and accomodated some special requests
and made good recommendations for dinner, sight-seeing, etc..

Breakfast and only 2 or 3 m walking to San Marco - The hotel was charming, bright and full of character. We stayed in the Junior Suite which had a jacuzzi, a reasonably priced mini-bar, a flat screen TV and the room was decorated in a quintessentially Italian manner. The staff were friendly and welcoming, good standard of accommodation and well placed for the main sights. It's hard to find the hotel, but once found, you will always know the way home. Location is good, shops/ restaurants within reach. U'll never go hungry or thirsty! Room is superb spacious. - Decor and position of our room. Staff helpful.
