  The room is spacious and very clean with excellent facilities. It is located in a very convenient area, which just takes several minutes to central Venice. They also offered breakfast buffet in a dining room which is very nice.   We loved this hotel. The breakfast was great. The location to the beach was very close and the staff was helpful and friendly.
