  Bra område, rent och fint badrum. Luftkonditionering - We liked the manager Elisabeth/?/- helpful, speaking good English. The rest of staff was less efficient. The hotel map is very helpful, except a few confusing mistakes: 14 is Guggenheim, not Goldoni, 13 is wrong too. Please, review your map. - location was good.   The location - it is in Lido which is a breeze to travel to Venice via the water bus, and you get to enjoy the peace and tranquility at Lido. The price is good an the breakfast buffet is wonderful. The hotel is only a 5 minutes walk from the water bus station and there is a departmental store + supermarket nearby. - Superb location for both the L... vad folk säger » ido beach and for the boat in to Venice. The staff were really lovely and the breakfast was ample. The rooms are basic but very comfy with a nice TV, hair dryer and free toiletries. Our room also had a small balcony with table and chairs. The price was excellent for the location.

  excellent location on main street close to everything, nice superior room, clean and spacious for italian standard, parking availabele, friendly and helpfull staff - The hotel was very beautiful, especially the exterior and the interior had lovely old fixtures and photographs. The staff were very helpful.

  The room is spacious and very clean with excellent facilities. It is located in a very convenient area, which just takes several minutes to central Venice. They also offered breakfast buffet in a dining room which is very nice.
