  A very nice, clean, modern B&B. The owner Antonella is very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns about things to see or getting around. A 10 minute walk from the train station down Via National, and about the same distance from the city center. 5 min away from nice restaurants and bars, good breakfast and coffee in the AM. What made our stay perfect was the owner antonella- such a lovely lady. She was very helpful in what to see and recommended some great places to eat. Location was good easy to get around by bus or walking. Would definitely recommend and would stay again when back in florence.

  The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The hotel, in a relatively quiet street, is just a 10min walk from the main features of Florence (Dome, Ponte Vecchio, etc.).   The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 -12 min walk from Florence SMN train station. The hotel is on the third floor of the building without elevator, but the owner has helped with our luggage, so it was not an issue at all. Very clean and quiet. The breakfast room has an astonishing view of Florence roof - The Locanda dei Guelfi proved to be a good choice for us and we enjoyed our stay there. You never know quite what to expect even if you have read the reviews before you go. We had no difficulty in finding the hotel and the steps up to the third floor were not an issue for us although I can see that it might be a problem for some. The location is excellent although the area is quite busy but this was not a problem for us. The room and facilities were very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Rea - We had a little 'house' (probably well converted garage) in the garden, which was delightful. It also contained a mini kitchen. We were able to park the car just in front of this in the garden. Good quality and very 'civilised' breakfast. Longish, but good, walk into town.

  The perfect little getaway with a touch of luxury. The room was relaxing and spacious, the bed comfortable, the breakfast was delicious with many different choices. Waking up to the smell of fresh baked croissants. The owner Delitta was incredibly helpful and added to our short stay immensely. The housekeeper Florina was wonderfully charming and works very ha - There is only one thing to say: we booked one night but decided to stay for three! Very stylish, very cozy, very friendly! The warm and friendly welcomming together with the fine atmosphere make this villa a really nice and relaxed landmark within a beautiful but buisy town. Ask the very friendly people at the reception for places to eat in Firenze - you wont regret...;-)
