  AC - Extremely helpful desk clerk who spoke very good English. Loved the location once we found it (but he was helpful with directions too). Espresso machine at breakfast was great (do it yourself) - Clean good sized room. Bedding for 5 is quite rare but is great for larger families, convenient location, good transport link close by.

  although the guesthouse's entrance is located in a funny little alleyway, and you have to carry your bags up 2 flights of stairs yourself (no lift), our room was big and comfortable.   Det trevliga personliga mottagandet! - I thought this was the best value for my trip of my entire 2wk stay in Italy. We went in the off season and that probably helped. The location was good, close to the train station and a vaporetto stop. The staff was super helpful too. - very comfortable, well situated, very nice people
