The staff, especially Costanza, were top notch- providing excellent directions and were wonderfully flexible when we had to change our reservation. This is a wonderful base of operations for exploring Florence and the
surrounding area and is a fantastic choice. We were met by Gaetano, who
not only came early on a Sunday to let us into the apartment per our
special request after traveling all night with an infant, but also gave

We have liked absolutely all. We were in the apartment « Belvedere »
which has a little balcony with a wonderful view. The apartment is
perfectly equipped and the main bed very comfortable. The folding bed
(sofa) in the living room is comfortable as well, but it’s necessary to
fold it every morning, or else the access to the balcony would be
limited. The sofa, when it’s folded is not too comfortable, maybe it
would need to be renewed, but it’s just a detail. All the rest of
