  We loved this hotel. It was excellent value for money. The room was spacious, the bathroom was big and clean and we had a balcony with a great view. The centre is a 20 minute walk away, but the walk down the river (past a number of good cafe's etc) is worth the effort. The hotel staff were simply magnificent and were always looking to help us with, for example, directions for days out of Florence, booking train tickets to Rome and restaurant reservations.   La Farina is a lovely place to stay at while on vacation in Florence. Staff is helpful, welcoming, and multilingual. The apartments are in close proximity to the metro station and staff will gladly call you a cab/taxi - that arrives within 3 minutes guaranteed - if you need to go to a site that requires access by taxi/cab. The apartment was well furnished and was extremely comfortable for us. It was also in a safe neighborhood, though it's not very near the city central (approximately 15-20mins walk to most locations). The staff were also very friendly and helpful. It's clearly states that check-in ends at 7pm, however due to some delays on the roads, we only managed to reach by 715pm, but they waited for us anyway.

  Everything was ok :-) very comfortable, big and clean room :-) the same I can say about kitchen and bathroom. Owner doesnt speak english but it isnt so big problem because she is very nice person. - The hotel room is tidy and nice. The hotel host is a friendly woman.
