  Nice and quiet and in the city centre. Very friendly and helpful stuff. You will be recommended where to park your car for free. Tasty and hearty breakfast. Free wi-fi. You can use coffee machine any time you need. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and tidy. Place is absolutely lovely and designed with Love for Details. We had a nice doubleroom with shared bathroom. Don't be scared behause it looks a bit like Couch-Surfing, you have your own private room and Marco is very friendly. He knows the best restaurants, just ask him.   Absolutely the most romantic hotel we've stayed in! The rooms are so decadent! Service is impeccable! Breakfast in bed is such a nice touch! Juliets courtyard is closed to the public at 7.30pm and our hotel had exclusive use! It's extra special because my fiancé just proposed to me there!! :) - everything was perfect. I was enchanted by the staff... vad folk säger » . Each one of them very friendly, professional, customer focused and ready to delight you with the best service possible. I don't remember when was the last time I found the same level service in an hotel. Really Great!!!

  We had a wonderful 2 nights in the Residenza Madonna apartments. It was a really sweet cosy place & excellent value for money. Our apartment was a really lovely mix of old Verona & modern facilities. Fabio, the owner met us at the front door & showed us around before leaving us to it. We bought fresh homemade r - The apartment cannot be more central! It is amazing, cozy and very posh. For those who are thinking that some hotel can be better because of a restaurant or support from a reception are wrong. When you go down stairs from the apartment there are a lot of restaurants for any taste plus the guy Julio who is meeting guests is better that any receptionist in any hotel. He is helping with everything and if you call him he can be there any minute;) thanks a lot for an amazing stay;)

  Fantastically located on Piazza Erbe, with wonderful and relaxing balcony overlooking the square where my 80 year old aunt could read her papers and relax with a coffee or drink while my kids and I explored.
