  We loved it for its excellent service and brand new facility. They waited for us to check in, without being asked they handed us a city map and guided us to all interesting sites. Breakfast was served in the room, simple croissant & cake and orange juice & coffee & milk, but delicious. Room was nicely designed that we loved, and large ... vad folk säger » too. Window view was nice. Bathroom was large and clean, felt like home. Tv was working well as well as ac. It was conveniently located next to Subway - I stayed at Lady Florence for two weeks. I was very happy with the choice. The location is perfect: a walking distance from everything. 5 min to Duomo, 10-15 min to Santa Maria Novella Station. The kitchen in the BB was a nice surprise. I saved a lot of money because I didn't have to eat out all the time and was able to cook for myself. The BB is exactly what you see in the pictures. I will stay ib Lady Florence again when I am in Florence.

  Staff were great to deal with and friendly. The cleanliness of the b&b was impeccable. The location was awesome and extremely close to the Duomo.   The location and accommodations were amazing. We came back early after visiting Venice and they accommodated us , no problem. It is blocks away from the train station and blocks away from David. Great location, clean sheets, amazing coffee. I will stay there again. The man even took us to the airport when we left. Two thumbs u - When we got there we were immediately accommodated by their friendly staff. Before heading to our rooms our host gave us a map and suggested the best places to visit! The owner of the b&b, although spoke a language we didn't speak nor understand, he was able to make his concern and care felt. We actually felt like our grandpa is taking care of us. All in all it was a great experience- great b&b and staff!

  The location couldn't be better. They helped book everything for the fast lines since we only had a short time in Florence. The room was a suite which they upgraded us on our arrival without asking. It gave a palace feel with the architecture and furnishings and we were made to feel like royalty when we were there.
