  The staff was very nice and very help full. They seemed interested in us having a good time in florence will staying in there hotel. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, the tv worked. The bathroom was very nice, clean, well stocked with towels and toiletires. The upstairs bar was very nice. The hotel staff had great recommendations for places to see to - i will have other people stay here. I do not understand very much italian and I enjoyed my stay. The english speaking was sufficient.   Location - The staff were very helpful. Our room was reasonable in size. Our rate did not include a breakfast but other hotels similarly priced did include a breakfast. It was a good location.

Florence centre is very complicated for driving and doesn't have free parking places for non-residents.
