  The location couldn't be better. They helped book everything for the fast lines since we only had a short time in Florence. The room was a suite which they upgraded us on our arrival without asking. It gave a palace feel with the architecture and furnishings and we were made to feel like royalty when we were there. Highly recommended - We loved having an apartment where we had the option to eat local food that we bought vs eating out. We loved the view and the cheerful colour of the apartment and the location, close to the Domo. And our hostess Alexandra was bubbly and friendly and we felt at home.
