  Nice hotel near Bergamo and Orio al Serio airport(10 minutes by car). Very friendly staff and very clean rooms. The guy in receprion is the best proffesional in Italy! Very fast check-in/check-out!   Staff is as efficient, fast and yet warm and welcoming as usual. It striked me for better that they took notice of a former suggestion to solve a petty issue. Location is perfect if you mean to take an early flight (and have a car).   Frukostbuffén var väldigt bra! Luftkonditioneringen var också skön och välbehövlig med tanke på värmen ute. Många handdukar och rent och snyggt. Sköna sängar. Bra att man kunde få in en extrasäng i rummet.   Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help. Throughout the stay, the hosts could not do enough to help us out. The room was fantastic, beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, well stocked, class... vad folk säger » y and stylish. As for the staff there, they can't do enough for you, are so friendly and were a delight to spend time with. We'll be back as often as - We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic views and nice little bars/restaurants.

  We stayed at the house in the colder days of late November. We arrived late at the airport, and were immediately taken care of by the owner, offering all assistance to reach the house. It was warm and clean, decorated in a beautiful modern , fresh style, offering all the commodities that one needs: spacious room, private bathroom, towels, linens, ... vad folk säger » tv with all the major channels and a living room at our disposal. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, and by fully I mean there are things I don't - It is a house but the owner had designed it as a greatful hotel. Fulvio the owner of this pretty hotel is a very kind and helpful gentlenmen. I and my husband admired this place. İt is a bit far away from the terminal. Because of our late arrival, Fulvio took us to the hotel with his own car. İt was a very fine jest. The bed was very large, comfortable and clean. There is a kitchen and necessary materials for cook. Everthing was good.

  In this place, I felt like being at my own beloved home. Luisa(?spelling), the owner, goes all her way out to help her guests. She who speaks only Italian and French understood me well (I don't speak neither her language). We, four friends, had a wonderful two-day stay. If you want a real local experience book this apartment. The ducks and geese added to the fun of the atmosphere. Do not expect 5 star accommodation but expect 5 star hospitality which is more important
