  Superfräsch lägenhet med i stort sett bara IKEA-grejer :-) Fantastiskt fint badrum, supersköna sängar, bra med balkong och kanon-läge mitt i La Spezia. Supermarket mitt emot lägenheten. Jättetrevlig ägarinna som lämnade massa tips och kartor till oss vid ankomst. - Well appointed and beautifully decorated apartment. Delightful staff.   1. Friendly staff - the staff are friendly, gave us a warm welcome and especially waiting for us to check-in at 5pm (normal check-in time from 12pm to 2pm). The modern design in an old building was very creative. Owner Patrize was there to answer questions and make good recommendations for touring and eating out. Great market across the street. We stayed for 3 nights and used it as a base for touring Cinque Terre and Portoverne. Enjoyed time in evenings walking around LaSpezia.

  the apartment was very modern and large. the patio area was nice to relax, have dinner or sun bathe. walking distance to shops and the train to Cinque Terra. good value and using the train was good except there wasnt any english to explain the train system, and the staff at the train station were totally useless. but for finding other english spea... vad folk säger » king people with the same problem, we probably would still be on the station platform. for such a busy tourist area, there is very little helpful info - Cleanliness, plenty of space, free parking, good facilities, near to train station (10-15 minutes walk) and reasonable price (price was competitive and reasonable, although you may find somewhere with lower price, but I prefer to stay here!!!) For sure will recommend to my friends and will return during our next visit.

  The manager, Simon takes a great care of the guests and ensures that everything is ok. You get a key to the property and you can come and go how you want. You can leave the hotel so early in the morning for next destination as you need, then the payment is already done and you just leave the key in the box. Everything was as descriped in the hotel information at the we - the owner has been extremely nice and helpful. Although there's no reception in the residence, the owner will greet you personally as long as you let him know when you'll be arriving.
