  Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Fint familjerum med AC med lummig trädgård utanför. Bra med servicen att få åka deras buss till båthamnen, och att de hämtade upp oss efter dagens slut vid tågstationen. - Den fria shuttelbussen till hamn/station var utmärkt för oss som ville utforska Cinque Terre.   The staff were very helpful, attentive and accommodating. Isabella, Fabio and the other ladies on the reception were always kind and professional and recommended alternatives when the weather did not allow us to do what we had planned to do. The first impression when we found the Hotel tucked away in an alley way off one of the main and busy shop... vad folk säger » ping streets/strips was how quiet it was and how well we were looked after. We asked for some restaurant recommendations and went to follow them - en - Wonderful bed and breakfast place. The owner Isabella is wonderful and very helpful in giving tips for your stay. This place is newly renivated and clean. Great hospitality from ckeaning, kitchen and front desk staff. The location is less than a 10 minute walk to the major La Spezia train station, and also to the docking station to take the boat to Porto Venere and Cinque Terre cities. Shopping is literally on the same street for when you want to take a break from the coastal cities.

  The owner, Maria Laura, was delightful and helpful. She did want to know the time of arrival, because she is not always at the B&B. When we arrived, she welcomed us and showed us our room, which was stylish and had a modern bathroom and large wardrobe for storage.   Our family loved staying at Albergo. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are quaint and cheerful. Breakfast was more than adequate.   The staff, particularly the receptionist were very friendly and helpful. The building itself was interesting and unique in layout. It was only a few minutes walk down to the main shopping area and the sea-front. Altogther excellent - as was the breakfast.   Even though the hotel staff did not speak very much English they tried very hard to understand us and figure out what we needed. The hotel was very convenient to the train station, just down the steps. - It was right across the street from the rail way station. It made it very easy to tour the Italian Cinqua Terra by train.   The manager, Simon takes a great care of the guests and ensures that everything is ok. You get a key to the property and you can come and go how you want. You can leave the hotel so early in the morning for next destination as you need, then the payment is already done and you just leave the key in the box.   We were acommodated in a building outside the city center. Actually, that location was good and bad. Good because it was as 5 min walk to La Spezia train station. Bad because the neighborhood was quite scary at night. The room was big enough for 3 people.
