  Location, hosts: they are extremely good, many thanks for the help of Lorenzo and Gabriela. It's clean. The rooms are small, but comfortable. You feel there like in a good big family, I was happy. The staff speaks a lot of Italian, but they are always ready to help you and listen to you. The cuisin is typical for Italy: a lot of paistry, pasta, na... vad folk säger » tional neapolitan dishes. But the supper is very large and very tasty for little money:) I recommend to stay! - All the staff are very friendly and really helpful but you do need to speak Italian to get the most out of it. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was beautiful and peaceful. Negombo thermal park was beautiful. There is so much to see on the island! Thank you so much Gabriela and Lorenzo for all your help in making our stay so relaxing

  The location was excellent-in Lacco Ameno so close to the beach and restaurants and also in easy walking distance of Negombo. The hotel has its own heated swimming pools and one is inside so even if the weather isn't great you can still relax.   Warm, welcoming and helpful staff. Large swimming pool and heated thermal pool. Although a bit out from the old town where most of the restaurants and bars are (about 10 minutes walk) it's only a short walk to the beach and there is a bus stop right outside to get you into town (just 3 stops) or around the island.

  The rooms were big and bright. The staff at the desk were friendly and had good English. The location could not have been any better- beside lovely restaurants, across from the marina.
