  Outstanding value for your money! The apt. Is just a door away from agrocery store making utilizing the kitchen very easy. The parking isvery secure... Most of the facilities are modern... Short/ bus ride to city center. - The facilities offered were excellent. The apartments were 200m down from a large supermarket, so cooking in the apartment was made easy. The apartment is not close to the centre of Florence but is easily accessible by bus number 22 from the train station and centre of Florence (about 15-20 mins on the bus). If taking the bus there ring ahead and ask the staff exactly where to get off!

  A residential location and metro connection to downtown were excellent. Large, well supplied COOP supermarket and excellent coffee shop for breakfast around the corner. B apartment was well designed and comfortable. C receptionist was helpful and knowledgeable and did what she could to help us get the correct apartment.   The staff, especially Costanza, were top notch- providing excellent directions and were wonderfully flexible when we had to change our reservation. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will be in Florence for more than just a night and wants a comfortable bed and beautiful surroundings. - Very friendly staff and eager to help.   I loved the stay at Villa Aruch! 1-Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the girl that checked us in (took all the trouble to guide us and came back after check-in hours without extra charges). Too stylish, too spacious ( a rarity in Europe) and too comfortable. It is a very tastefully done up property with personal touches evident everywhere. Once inside, you don't feel like leaving the hotel and going out anywhere. The only and probably a very major problem is its location.   Great location, friendly staff, great customer service. Did I mention great location! Very clean and spacious. I defiinitely will stay here again! - I can't say enough good things. From the welcome wine and cakes to the beautiful rooms. I only hope I will be lucky enough to stay here again

  The hotel is at a very convenient location. It takes only about 5 minutes walk from the central train station, and is just 3 minutes away from the Central market (food market), and within walkable distance from the gallary where the real "David Statue" locate. The staff is helpful to carry our luggages upstairs. The room is clean, and comfortable, and the shower - Sette Angeli Rooms was the perfect choice for our 3 days trip in Florence. Excelent position (near S.M.N. Train Station and very close to the Duomo), very easy to find, rooms with an interesting design, spacious, private bathroom, terrace, very confortable bed, daily cleaning, good price and so on. We arrived later then the check-in schedule but there were no extra taxes. Florence is a great city and this place is in the same style of romance and relaxation.

  We had a wonderful 4-days stay at the charming and elegant Villa Lucrezia!!!. We loved it !!! Both had full kitchens with refrigerators & microwaves, large bedrooms, ample relaxed seating, and nice bathrooms with large showers. The location was excellent with bus stops across the road which could take and return us to Florence in about 10-minutes. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very good. Finally, the price was fantastic, especially for what was included.

A true gem!

  I can't say enough about the Orlando Palace Apartments. First, they are actually apartments. You have a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and full kitchen. There's even a dishwasher and washing machine! Everything was spotless, and the keyed entry pad into the building was wonderful- no extra keys to carry around.   The location is fabulous, centrally located and near to nearly everything you would want to see in Florence. We visited with our 8 and 5 year olds and they loved the carousel, pastry shops, and activity on the Plaza, which is right outside of the door. The Duomo is just a skip away. The main room was a little more crowded, but the two single beds wo - The location is unbeatable, right in the centre of Florence and yet an easily walkable distance from smn station. The apartment was spacious for 2 people (my 11 yr old granddaughter and me). Having to go first to Hotel Lanzi did not present a problem for us and I particularly liked the fact that, having paid for the flat when we first arrived, we were not required to return to the hotel at check out - we were told to just leave the key device on the kitchen table.

  This is a wonderful base of operations for exploring Florence and the surrounding area and is a fantastic choice. Not only did he orient us to the neighborhood, he then took us out - We have liked absolutely all. We were in the apartment « Belvedere » which has a little balcony with a wonderful view. The apartment is perfectly equipped and the main bed very comfortable. The folding bed (sofa) in the living room is comfortable as well, but it’s necessary to fold it every morning, or else the access to the balcony would be limited. The sofa, when it’s folded is not too comfortable, maybe it would need to be renewed, but it’s just a detail. All the rest of furniture is in grea

  The owners were really nice and very helpful. The villa was situated outside the city but was only a few minutes to the bus stop that took us directly into Florence itself. The room was beautiful - a luxurious big bed, loads of space and a lovely en-suite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning and a kettle with tea and coffee available.
