  I stayed in the hostel for 9 nights, the staff is very professional, friendly, respectful and helpful, Alina is part of the staff and she gave me great advice on things and people in Florence.   Landed in Florence on a very wet morning and staff were very friendly and Most helpful. An upgrade to Apartment was very welcome and it was spacious and clean.fantastic being right in middle of Florence and close to station, with easy access to restaurants, shopping and all the sites.   The place was more than what we have expected. Nice and cosy flat with all necessary facilities, great outdoors, view is gorgeous. There is an outdoor pool, a small gym, ping-pong and big tennis facilities, although we weren't able to use those as the weather hasn't been that great during our stay.   We loved this hotel. It was excellent value for money. The room was spacious, the bathroom was big and clean and we had a balcony with a great view. The centre is a 20 minute walk away, but the walk down the river (past a number of good cafe's etc) is worth the effort.   La Farina is a lovely place to stay at while on vacation in Florence. Staff is helpful, welcoming, and multilingual. The apartments are in close proximity to the metro station and staff will gladly call you a cab/taxi - that arrives within 3 minutes guaranteed - if you need to go to a site that requires access by taxi/cab. The apartment was well furnished and was extremely comfortable for us. It was also in a safe neighborhood, though it's not very near the city central (approximately 15-20mins walk to most locations). The staff were also very friendly and helpful. It's clearly states that check-in ends at 7pm, however due to some delays on the roads, we only managed to reach by 715pm, but they waited for us anyway.
