  Everything, especially location, quality of room, clean, hotel staff - The hotel had a luxorious but homely feel to it. The staff were exceptional. They were very helpful and friendly.

  We had a suite with Jacuzzi and balcony. Our room gets cleaned twice a day and all towels changed Excellent location next to all attractions and shopping. Super clean. . Breakfast is excellent with good variety. Staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable of the city and its attractions. - Everything about the hotel is great.   There are many 5 stars hotels in Florence. Il Salviatino is definitly the most special of them all. It's comfort, beauty, luxury, perfect location, and hospitality goes beyond any other experience. Do yourself and your compagnions a favour, go nowhere else but to Il Salviatino if you are in Florence - The hotel is a delight and our garden room was more than we had expected. The hotel staff were simply magnificent and were always looking to help us with, for example, directions for days out of Florence, booking train tickets to Rome and restaurant reservations. The service in the restaurant was excellent and the serving of drinks and aperitivo in the library was a nice touch..

  We found all the services good but particularly the restaurant staff and especially a waiter named 'Stefano' whose standard of service was outstanding and flawless.
