The staff is really welcoming and friendly. They fit their schedule to your needs. I liked that they suggested a very good place to eat and brought me there. I felt comfortable staying there. The place is very nice, spacious and clean. You can tell they take good care of the place. They provide clean towels and water. Next time I have to stop in Malpensa I would definitely stay with them. Not only I felt it was a good value for my money (the staff is nice, the place is clean and spacious.
