Hotel is inscribed between a railway and a highway but due to architecture of the hotel both do not disturb you in the room: from the 1st floor room you will see just Lago Maggiore sight. The staff are very friendly and speak english, french and italian. They took the time to translate everything on the menu. The food was very nice. The room had air conditioning which was really needed as it was around 40 degrees during our stay. A very clean and well run hotel.

It was an arduous trip getting to Aruna, what w/ a train snafu in Milan. we (couple, 28/31) booked the Hotel at the last minute. Even though we booked a double room, we were given a Family room. Was very big and most important: very clean. There is no view and shutters were closed due to the warm weather. Location is spot on, maybe 300 meters to town and 200 meters to the Lido where you are able to swim for free.
