  Excellent location set back from the town but just a five minute walk from the lake and the lovely village of Gravedona. Close to windsurfing at Domaso but also walking in the mountains and exploring the lake villages by boat. Only two boats a day but I liked that this made the town quiet with a local community. Excellent breakfast and friendly ... vad folk säger » service. Not much English spoken but enough to get by if you don't speak Italian or German. Wifi worked well in reception. - Free wifi in the public area, free parking on the property, and most rooms with wonderful views of the lake and mountains from many rooms make this the best hotel in its price category that I have stayed in on Lake Como. Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful and very friendly.

  We spent 4 days here on honeymoon- wish we could have stayed longer. This was the perfect location, quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. With no other hotels in the area, it was very laid back, in contrast to nearby towns which were a bit touristy! The outdoor swimming pool and spa we had to ourselves most of the time, plus ther - The owners were very friendly and courteous..when you asked for something it was never a problem. The room was spacious and beds very comfortable. The pool and spa area along with the rest of the hotel was absolutely spotless. Freshly served produce at both breakfast and dinner. Great view of the lake which is only a short stroll along the road. A true gem of a place...

  Beautiful located Residence (200 m above Lake Como) with a marvelous view over the lake which immediately gets you into the right “holiday mood” and lets you forget the narrow access road. We booked for 2 weeks in apartment Serenita, a huge and very comfortable place to stay with the living room and large balcony facing the lake directly. Very good standard of furnishing, fixtures etc, and little touches like the wine, fruit basket and washing up liquid we're nice.
