  This was an excellent choice on a research trip to University. Fantasic atmosphere on the Thursday night when I arrived as new Pope had been installed and church bells were ringing. English-speaking waiter was very helpful both at excellent dinner and following lunch. A short walk (downhill) into the centre if no car, but need taxi back up! Very well maintained and our room was beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean.   The staff was brilliant. Good knowledge of the sights around and not afraid to offer good recommendations from their own experience. When we needed to leave our bags and they needed to close, they found us an excellent alternative arrangement with no hassle.   I have booked the room to share with a friend and I found it great that each bed was divided by a door (which gave us a lot of privacy) and each part of the room had its own sink. Very clean, the best possible location in town (you are literally in Piazza Duomo) and you can feel it's a family business.   Nice place - great spacious bedroom in the loft. Great location in terms of proximity to train station, town centre, features in town, access to the river and the mountains etc. Terrific breakfasts as well. - A beautiful space, I would have liked to stayed for several more days. It was right near everything and Paulo was very helpful.
