  All staff were friendly, especially Guido at the front desk. He greeted us warmly each time and was helpful when we needed it. The location is convenient to many beautiful towns, the autostrade, and a big shopping mall/supermarket (where we stocked up on wine and snacks--there was a mini-fridge!).   The staff was very helpful and friendly. Exceptional, healthy brakfast, the best we had in Italy. Gluten free and sugar free options were available for anyone with such concearnes. - EKK hotel was really unique in its design and style. The staff were friendly and there was free wi fi.
