  1. Friendly staff - the staff are friendly, gave us a warm welcome and especially waiting for us to check-in at 5pm (normal check-in time from 12pm to 2pm). The modern design in an old building was very creative. Owner Patrize was there to answer questions and make good recommendations for touring and eating out. Great market across the street. We stayed for 3 nights and used it as a base for touring Cinque Terre and Portoverne. Enjoyed time in evenings walking around LaSpezia.

  Utsikten - Great views from the apartment. The owner went out of his way to help us with getting to the station and picking up some provisions, as well as organising the apartment so we had a cot bed and laundry facilities.   I very happily and honestly recommend this accomodation - it was perfect to suit my needs as a base to explore the Cinque Terra and the room was one of the nicest I have stayed in during my 2 visits to Italy. The room had small refridgerator, was spacious and there was access to a kettle and tea and coffee. It was very clean and comfortable. It w - Quiet night was a great place to stay, It was close to cinque terre but a more affordable option rather than staying in the little towns, the rooms are very modern and clean, the owner is amazing, so friendly, she goes out of her way to help in anyway possible! Provides all maps, directions and advice on the whole area, also recommended a beautiful place for us to visit which we were not aware of and we loved it, thank you so much we loved it!

  Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Fint familjerum med AC med lummig trädgård utanför. Bra med servicen att få åka deras buss till båthamnen, och att de hämtade upp oss efter dagens slut vid tågstationen. - Den fria shuttelbussen till hamn/station var utmärkt för oss som ville utforska Cinque Terre.   the apartment was very modern and large. the patio area was nice to relax, have dinner or sun bathe. walking distance to shops and the train to Cinque Terra. good value and using the train was good except there wasnt any english to explain the train system, and the staff at the train station were totally useless. but for finding other english spea... vad folk säger » king people with the same problem, we probably would still be on the station platform. for such a busy tourist area, there is very little helpful info - Cleanliness, plenty of space, free parking, good facilities, near to train station (10-15 minutes walk) and reasonable price (price was competitive and reasonable, although you may find somewhere with lower price, but I prefer to stay here!!!) For sure will recommend to my friends and will return during our next visit.

  The hotel was extremely close to te train station and we had no problems finding it. Once we checked in we were taken to our apartment which was a minutes walk away from the pizzeria. The room was spacious extremely clean with a nice view of the main square and the city and mountains. Loved our stay. But it is very good to stay there and visit different places: Lerici, Portovenere, Cinque Terre. We liked this place even there was a noise from the streets ( it is very frequent restaurant place as well) but we just slept there and it was fine. Breakfast were really delicious and everything was just fine:)

  The location is good if you travel with a car because it's the ideal place to stop and then continue to Cinque terre the next day. The room was clean and overall ok; it also had a little kitchen.   The staff were very helpful, attentive and accommodating. Isabella, Fabio and the other ladies on the reception were always kind and professional and recommended alternatives when the weather did not allow us to do what we had planned to do. The first impression when we found the Hotel tucked away in an alley way off one of the main and busy shop... vad folk säger » ping streets/strips was how quiet it was and how well we were looked after. We asked for some restaurant recommendations and went to follow them - en - Wonderful bed and breakfast place. The owner Isabella is wonderful and very helpful in giving tips for your stay. This place is newly renivated and clean. Great hospitality from ckeaning, kitchen and front desk staff. The location is less than a 10 minute walk to the major La Spezia train station, and also to the docking station to take the boat to Porto Venere and Cinque Terre cities. Shopping is literally on the same street for when you want to take a break from the coastal cities.

  It is a real house with garden and lovely breakfast terrace. Spacious room. Helpful owner who gives you the best money saving tips. Authentic italian countryside set up just outside the centre of la Spezia on the way to Portovenere, which is worth a visit. Very close to station for 5 terre if you have a vehicle.

  It was a lovely place in a quiet location and although we had a car we used public transport which was cheap and nearby. The hotel was pristine clean with friendly staff who were most helpful. Excellent breakfast too! - Excellent room, very well appointed. Staff very helpful. Good value for money.

  The owner, Maria Laura, was delightful and helpful. She did want to know the time of arrival, because she is not always at the B&B. When we arrived, she welcomed us and showed us our room, which was stylish and had a modern bathroom and large wardrobe for storage.   Our place to stay before heading to the 5 terres. Very nice and warm welcome, even though we arrived later than expected! We got all the information needed e.g. city, food, parking, travelling to the 5 terres + free parking...even shopping! The room was recently renovated, spacious with a big bathroom, everything very clean! And more than enough ... vad folk säger » towels :)! The pictures didn't lie!!! Even though there is no private parking, there are parking areas close by if you don't arrive late (free parking - Awsome! This guest house was very nice, the room and the bathroom are beautiful and very clean. The view is nice, you see a garden with beautiful flowers. The guest house is located just near the center and the port. Perfect location. We were perfectly welcomed even if we arrived after the check in hours. (2 to 4 pm)
