  Hotel is in the heart of the historic district next to the University. You can walk to the famous clock tower that chimes at 12:00pm daily. Parking on street is available, or a garage is nearby. The rooms and the staff are wonderful. I have stayed here twice. - New modern hotel.   Friendly atmosphere and easy access to public transport - The breakfast at the NH Liberty would have to be the best we have had in Italy. We have stayed at over 30 hotels in Italy so this is a recommendation.
