Great surrounding villa's (but take care of the traffic) nice room. little bit 'old style' luxuary hotel, missed the train of modernization, but, that is certainly part of it's charm.   The rooms are spacious, clean and the public areas are spacious. There is a lift (handy for suitcases). We needed help with sorting out a problem and we didn't have enough Italian to be able to handle it. The staff was fantastic! Helpful, making phone calls, sending faxes and emails and helping us fill in forms. We were very thankful.   everything was every year excelent,location.staff,breakfast.we were for five times and any time we are going in Italy we go in Dolo just at this hotel - A lovely hotel in a lovely town. The staff was helpful. We liked it so much that we already stayed there four times.

  A great and convenient hotel for visiting Venice. Very convenient with parking the car right outside and a short distance to the restaurant for dinner. Rooms were spacious, practical and clean. Very comfortable with air conditioning as it was close to 40 degrees Celsius at our visit.
