The friendly staff, the restaurant. Cleanliness. Could not fault anything. Will definitely come back if we can get room 207 aS we loved the room looking on to the beach. -
Only hotel that is right on the beach, with chairs and umbrellas. Two story suite was great for privacy/space. Nice breakfast. Great location for town.

Mycket trevlig personal, överraskade min man på hans 50-års dag. Rent och snyggt överallt - rummen städades noggrant. The dinners offered at the restaurant within hotel are amazing! Very tasty Italian cuisine 4 course meal (antipastas, first dish (e.g. pasta or soup), second dish (e.g. meat or fish) and dessert) with choices at a very modest price.

The hotel is basic but ticks all the boxes. The management and staff alike were always helpful and very pleasant. They made you feel really welcome. The food is excellent and although it is a set menu there is always something for everyone and the best value for money in Sestri. Drinks are also better value in the hotel than at the bars/restaurants in town. A 2* hotel with 5* service

My wife and I were greeted by Mr. Francesco Andreoil ( Direttore ). From the moment we arrived he made us feel very comfortable. He assigned us a beautiful sea view room which was amazing. He also had one of his staff drive our car into the private garage as the space is very tight. He also recommended a wonderful restaurant around the corner

We have stayed here many times, every time we stay it's always such a calm, relaxing and luxurious hotel to stay in. The staff are always friendly and kind (they gave us a free upgrade too) but the location of the hotel, right on the beach in this lovely quiet location is perfect! Breakfast right overlooking the little bay is beautiful and a great start to any day or holiday.

Luxurious hotel in beautiful Sestri Levante. Nice rooms with all the facilities. Most of the rooms are not in the old building, but in a newer annex in the garden. Very nice swimming pool, lots of beds. In the sun or in the shade. Nice park. Excellent breakfast. Everything upper four star level. -

of the beach and the hotel was happy to accommodate our request. -
It was really a great hotel. At the most beautiful side of Sestri, nearby everything. Clean chamber, very friendly staff, beautiful inside with everywhere seats to read (the chamber is not a chamber to stay during the day). Sitting somewhere in the garden there is no need to buy drinks etc. You can decide it yourself. Very good breakfast.

Friendly staff, good location (near beach, railway/road) easy to go both North (Genova, Portifino) and South (Cinque Terre). Although the railway was only 3-400 m from the hotel, noise was never a problem.
Good parking facilities, reasonable breakfast.
