The accommodation is very new, large and clean with excellent facilities. What made this place special were the hosts Giovanni and his wife. They were so extremely helpful and arranged a trip to etna for myself and my wife along with finding out about all the local transport. great place to stay, very quiet at night, and safe car parking, Giovanni was always helpful and trying hard to help as much as possible.. even flexible if you want to stay longer

Everything. The hotel is situated rather close to the Central Station, it is easy to find a street. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. -

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Rigel. The staff was exceptionally professional and really treated me well!!! It has a great breakfast and the room was wonderful!! Good location if you are using the train or bus. I should have stayed longer!

I had stayed here before and I'm never disappointed. Everything was perfect. The room is modern and had also a balcony.
It is located in the city centre near the nightlife area so it was safe to go out at night.
It is on the third floor but the staff is always willing to help carrying your bags. -

Excellent location for sightseeing. Beds and pillow (self selection)excellent as were the bathroom and breakfast. Highly recommended. - Staff were friendly and very helpful and efficient. I drove to the hotel and all I had to do was follow the signs to the Best Western Mediterraneo once I entered the city of Catania.I was able to find it with ease.

Great hotel with great rooms. A nice view of Etna from the back and a
nice view of the Sea from the front. Breakfast is always fresh and with
good variety. There is also bacon and eggs available at no extra charge.
Rita from Front desk was just amazing. A warm welcome upon check in, very informative and always with good recommendations.
We were given a free upgrade and Cannolli and Prosecho for my wife's birthday. parking no problem.
