fresh fruit, warm croissants, meats and cheeses among the many items.

The staff was quite accommodating. We had decided to return our rental car the night before so not to hassle with it the morning of the flight. The staff set up the free shuttle to return us to the hotel and take us to the airport the next morning (15 minutes each way).
The restaurant was very good and wait staff (many family members who also own the hotel) were very friendly, polite and offered anything we wanted to eat either on or off the menu.

It was exactly what you would expect from an Ibis hotel - clean, comfortable, efficient and very friendly staff. This hotel is probably the closest and cheapest hotel to Milan Malpensa airport. It has all the facilities one would require. We stayed two nights (between onward flight connections) - the shuttle bus took us to the airport (and return) on our free day so we could do some Milan sight-seeing and shopping - the Malpensa Express train is an excellent way to travel between the airport

This is a fine facility. We chose it because we had an 8 a.m. flight; needed to be at the airport at 6; the night was far too short. But everything was fine. Wish we had had more time to enjoy it. Room rate was a factor; the airport hotel was very pricey; this was reasonable.

The shuttle response was excellent. They arrived 10 mins after we called them from the airport.
