The property consists of two parts - the pension (old part) and the hotel (new part), with separate buildings but common restaurant/breakfast area. We travelled by public transport to Bozen and took the bus (30 min.) to St. Josef am See (by the church). The hotel is nicely situated in the vineyards with view to the Kalterersee (lake Caldaro). We stayed in the old section. the room was classic with wooden furniture but very well kept up. The new section is a perfect combination of wood and stone, very nice.
