  We booked at the very last minute for two nights and received a text almost immediately confirming our arrival time. The room was lovely - bright and spacious, with two juliet balconies looking out to the front. The bathroom was modern and clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a mini bar with reasonable prices and complimentary tea. Even though there is not always someone at the desk, a phone call was all that was needed to get anything from a ferry reservation made and printed, a pair of scissors, help w bags or travel info. Reasonable price and fabulous location. The gelato at the Island of Gelato on the Plaza two doors down! :-)

  This place was so nice it seemed like it was run by a millionair son who didn't want to trade in oil, but rather use the family fortune to give cheap accomodation to people.
