Amazing hotel with awesome view! It was one of the most memorize breakfast in my life- sunrise through the window, appetizing delicious nice & various food, good service! SPA is splendid, but for charge. I suppose it had to be free even indoor swimming pool. -

Marco, the owner was very hands on and he supplied a lot info about things to see and do in Como and the towns around the lake. He also owns L'Antica Trattoria. Just been recently renovated. Extremely clean, comfortable and very friendly service. On arrival offered a cup of coffee or tea. Very welcomed after a long trip. Helpful and flexible. Lovely breakfast. Freshly baked croissants each morning. Would definitely go back. Great for families or couples. Owner was preparing newly renovated self contained apartments. I am sure they will be beautiful like the one we stayed in.

We've stayed for 3 nights, very friendly owners that let us check in
at 13:00 although they open at 15:00. It was really comfortable, clean,
great wifi access to all your devises, well equipped kitchen and
bathroom ( washing machine in the bathroom), satellite. A 7 minutes walk
to Lake Como, 3 minutes walk to some shopping stores, 5 minutes drive

The location was very good for viewing Cernobbio and it was very close to the boats pier going to Como: in 8 minutes you were already in the city of Como.
The place was immersed in a treed location and in a quite area of Cernobbio, in front of Villa Erba. The owners were very helpful and kind. The apartment was fitted with every confort you could want, including a washing machine in the bathroom. We will definitely stay again at the Cernobbio Residence.

Lovely room - quiet - beautiful old building and stunning views down over Como and lake from tables outside and restaurant - a pretty garden - excellent restaurant on site with local fare - close to funicular railway for easy journey down into Como if you wish. Great location to visit other towns on Lake Como--steps away from the boat that takes you around the lake. Walking distance to an inexpensive grocery and a mini bar to store food in. We were staying in Milan and decided last minute to visit Como so booked this place the night before driving out. We arrived too early to check in but the lady on reception was very pleasant and gave us some suggestions of what to do in the meantime. The hotel is new, nice, clean and very comfortable. the staff at the reception very helpful and nice, especially Elisabeth who knew that it was my birthday during my stay so she managed to surprise me by putting a beautiful gift on my bed. i simply loved the hotel.

Antonia and Samuel are great hosts. They will do everything to make your stay perfect. Very helpful on how to get around and what to see. Their restaurant serve great food for breakfast and dinner. Our room was very nice and clean and had a lakeview. It was great. The conveniences (ferry, bus) were just outside the door. Antonia and Samuel have a sign at the reception that says something like "you arrive a customer, but you leave as a friend" I would definitely go back without a doubt.
