  Det var det absolut mysigaste hotellet jag bott på. Läget var helt perfekt. 50 steg från Piazzan. minuter att gå om man ville åka buss till nya stan. Badrummet var så otroligt stiligt och stort. Jag kommer varje gång jag åker till Bergamo bo på detta hotell. Dock rekommenderar jag att äta frukost på cafet vid bussterminalen. The hotel even provided parking vouchers for a nearby square - excellent service! - Hotel has lots of character and is very conveniently situated in the old town. Individually decorated room with modern bathroom, exposed beams and wooden floor. Very friendly staff.

The start was at the arrival airport when Glenda collected us (husband, wife and 7 year old daughter) to the finish when Glenda returned us to the airport for departure. In between the two points we walked to many different area's in Bergamo from the well located Porta Nuova apartment. We spent five nights there visiting Milan for two days via the 45 m - We travelled as a group of four adults with one baby. The apartments at Porta Nuova were brilliant! The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated, with every attention to detail being made. We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment that very large with gorgeous views from all the bedrooms. The host Glenda was especially helpful and went to a lot of trouble to accommodate our baby. She was very prompt with email queries and very helpful during our stay.   Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help. Throughout the stay, the hosts could not do enough to help us out. The room was fantastic, beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, well stocked, class... vad folk säger » y and stylish. As for the staff there, they can't do enough for you, are so friendly and were a delight to spend time with. We'll be back as often as - We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic views and nice little bars/restaurants.

  The hotel is in a great location right in the center of the old town and is nicely done. We had a 2 floor suite that was cool. The bathroom was very small considering the overall size of the room.
