  This place is something above the average. It is friendly, surprising, wonderful surroundings and wonderful hosts! We enjoyed every minute of our stay and felt very much at home.   Just returned from B&B. It was wonderful, looks like in the photos (even better). Laura is the best host I ever meet. The location is perfect, not far from the Citta Alta(25-30 min walking), quiet, close to the forest. In the morning I woke up with birds singing; after a delicious breakfast with regional products. The B&B it's so romantic ... vad folk säger » place. Very nice decorations, everything arranged with so good taste. I stayed with friends, we booked the two rooms with a large shared bathroom. Eve - Wow! Just peruse the photos and magnify by 100. So well detailed for charm, ease of stay, beauty and so close to lovely Bergamo. If you are tired of millions of tourists I reccomend that you come to Laura's and enjoy the hospitality, beautiful wooded countryside the Old and New town of Bergamo. The interior of the Bergamo churches exceed Venice. You will enjoy exploring both new and Alta Citi and the Italian Lakes to the east of Bergamo along with the vineyards which look and feel like Chianti.

  Our family with two kids have stayed in the apartments that are located on Vicolo Pelabrocco 3. It is a very lovely and cosy place! The room was big enough and perfectly suited to all our needs (with a separate bed for our elder child) with an enormous bathroom. Good and rich breakfast! The owners Mrs Sabrina and her daughter Al - Sympathetically renovated to retain old features with modern facilities, spotless, staff very helpful and friendly, excellent breakfast with homemade goodies and choice of English cooked or traditional Italian. We had a kitchenette with table and sofa and large, comfortable bed, mountain view over roofs from top floor room. 5 minute walk to modern city /airport bus.

  We really enjoyed our stay in The World. I had booked what I thought was a room for 4, but it turned out to be a really well appointed apartment -great value for money. The location was really good - airport & train/bus stations are in close proximity, and also conveniently located from cable car station (for access to the Old Town).   The friendliest receptionist we have ever met - very very helpful. Breakfast was good but with a small variety. The Wi-fi signal was very good. Free parking across the street or underground parking available but no access between 10:00pm and 7:00am to the parking lot. - shower, location and breakfast are just great :)

  Arranged a lift from airport with hotel owner - very friendly and meant we could get in to the room very early. Beautiful old building - lively location in the historical centre of bergamo. Within walking distance of all the important sites in the old town and funicular for bergamo basso. Rooms massive and well presented, bathrooms too! The rooms with ceiling frescoes are high and very appealing. The breakfasts were a refreshing surprise with salad plates presented along with cereal and fresh fruit.

The whole facility was clean family house situated nerby center of bergamo (close to railway station and central bus station) with lovely garden.   We have stayed in Agriturismo establishments twice now, and it is a fantastic concept - cross between B+B and a full-on hotel, situated in beautiful surroundings all with a Mama Mia touch.   Good choice for those who likes silence. The hotel is located in private house ouside the old center (it is about 20 min walk), but there is a bus stop nearby. The room is VERYclean with large comfortable bed and big bathroom (with shampoo, hairdryer and so on), We had a wonderfull sleep there because there are private houses around (no nightclubs... vad folk säger » or restaurants). . The breakfast was perfect! The hotel is recommended for those who travel by car (we had no car and got lost in the city, so the ow - Rossana, who runs the B&B, is delightful. She was so helpful in giving us information about Bergamo. We were able to park our car underneath the building. It is a really nice set-up and not far from the old city of Bergamo, as well as within driving distance of other places to visit, such as Lago d'Iseo and Crespi d'Adda village. Rossana was very patient in helping me to practise my halting Italian. My husband was able to play golf at a very nice course nearby, which Rossana helped him arra
