Everything are positive. Decoration in the rooms. The whole layout of the property; the discreat location for the swimming pool. Cheapish Great base for travelling around tuscany. I liked everything, I can not find any negative . The poor selection for breakfast. If you stay longer than few days one might get ''tired'' of the daily (read - permanent) choice.
