  Very nice host. Very nice modern room in a very old building. Very clean. Nice location on a major piazza. Once you close all windows it is very quiet. Parking is available in the area and you have to pay during the day. Your host will help you to find a cheap place to park only few minutes away.   The house is located on top of a hill in a quiet and green area outside of the old town, but it's very quick to walk into town. Salvatore, the host, is very nice and attentive. The breakfast was very good, with self-grown cherry tomatoes and fresh fruit, beautifully presented and served in the garden.   Superb location, such a beautiful place to stay, extremely well finished rooms and building. Staff spoke very little English but were so friendly and helpful, welcoming. Would recommend this B&B in a heartbeat. Ascoli Piceno is a lovely town only 30km from a well known beach, B&B located in mountains only 6km from town centre.   This was a very good hotel in my one month voyage in Italy. I stayed only one night and overall I was very satisfied with the hotel. The building is a converted palazzo on a quiet street in Ascoli Centro Storico. The room was nicely furnished in a soft modern pastel style.
