We stayed in the most expensive suite, the "Honeymoon" suite, and it wasvery lavish, being in the tower portion of the Villa. Well worth theprice for the week. The dining room was beautiful, and the food wasexcellent and reasonably priced. The husband and wife owners were verynice to us, and the staff was extremely friendly. the peacefulness of the place, the style/deco, the breakfast. alla recensioner »
We had a delightful stay. It is a small quiet country hotel set in its own lands, so very relaxing and tranquil, and very nicely furnished in the style of its period. The hotel offers a free car service to take you or collect you from the station in the morning and evening and the train is 20 mins to central Rome. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We hope to return there again. Quiet peaceful surroundings in the middle of a vineyard and olive trees. Huge garden where you can sit and relax while the birds are singing in the trees. Very beautiful!! The only negative part was that we stayed for only one night. We wish we could have been there longer, we didn't want to leave! We would highly recommend Villa Germain to anyone who is looking for a hotel close to Rome. The furniture was beautiful. One very minor point. I wished the tv was located in the bedroom loftand not in the sitting room. The service was terrible, the shower hear was broken. Thebreakfast was poor.
