  The hotel is very well situated in the city, close to the center. But the best part has been the lady who works at the front desk. She is very friendly, kind, and speaks Italian and English equally well! - Value for money was fine.

  Everything! The receptionist was very friendly and couldn't do enough to make us comfortable, even booked dinner at nearby restaurant for us, which was fantastic! Recommend this hotel and hope to return.
