  The location was perfect for my first visit to beautiful Verona. My room and the entire facility was tastefully and uniquely decorated, warm and welcoming. As for the service...the staff at the Palazzo Victoria understand very well the meaning of customer service and consistently deliver. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the rooms of a very high standard. The air conditioning worked perfectly and appreciated given the 32 degree heat outside. The breakfast was excellent.

  The location, staff, and ameneties were fantastic. Wonderful experience all around - I really liked the hotel and will be going back there again.   We were very lucky and were upgraded to a suite as on the second night of our stay there was a function in the restaurant. The hotel is beautiful and the service exceptional. Our suite was quiet & lovely, the bed was very comfortable and there was even a choice of pillows! We ate in the restaurant on our first night and the food was delicious ... vad folk säger » as was their own wine. Breakfast was very good too which had a wide choice of hot and cold food. We didn't use the spa but the outdoor pool looked lov - Visited as part of our honeymoon and although we didn't have a great start with the restaurant being closed on our first night, due to a wedding that was right outside our bedroom you cannot fault the hotels beauty. The location is wonderful and the pool is very relaxing with a great waiter service. Loved the free apple smoothie! Great spa although the jacuzzi was a little cold. Restaurant was excellent with a fantastic choice of wines.
