He answered every question we had about Verona. The breakfast was nice for European standards, with yoghurt, cereal, fruit, breads, toast, boiled eggs, meat and cheese.   Our room in the spa annex of the hotel was wonderful. On the top floor with goregous beams and fantastic decor. The staff were all really helpful and friednly. Breakfast was served downstairs in the main hotel and was very nice. The location is great - a few minutes walk from the fantastic Piazza Bra and the Arena. The front desk staff were amazing and friendly, helpful and recommended places to eat as well as directions, advice and information. The spa and Turkish baths were amazing! The rooms were clean, spacious and amazing showers and bathroom! We would most definitely recommend staying there.

  The hotel is very spacious, and clean, and had staff member that spoke english. It was a great help. Had a good selection of breakfast. NIce outside space.
