We stayed here only for one night in February and really this is the
nicest place you can find in the area. (I can imagine during the
summer time).
Very close distance from Assisi and other amazing small towns in the area. It’s very easy to find and the food here is worth the stay.

We loved the trio of women and their respective roles in the operation.
The senior member is the
mother, the chef exemplaire..Monica the souschef and handles the business end of the operation.
Paolabeing the English speaker seems to do everything else.
She is reception,importer of routes to take,coffee maker,waitress at dinner and apparently cleans the rooms.
She is the hub..
They are all most pleasant and welcoming

Very peaceful and lovely environment, embedded in smoothly hilly countryside with view to Perugia and the Valle D'Umbria. Accommodation and the surrounding remain in very good condition - appartement, pool, garden. The owner looks after it very carefully. Practically everything. We spent there two weeks and it was so far our best stay in Italy. The owner of the place Alessio with his family was very friendly and helpful. Our kids loved him from the first day.

We had a problem by getting there on time. I contacted the manager to
inform him that we will be late because we got lost and had to take a
detour. He was very understanding, assisted us with the dirtections and
carrying our heavy luggage to our room on the first floor. He even
assissted us with parking the car at a safe place and again carrying o

smelt fresh and was very comfortable. We recommend this place without
hessitat -
The owner Luca was super friendly despite we arrive late at 11pm and needing to get him over to pass on keys and arrangements. Also extremely flexible by letting us store the luggage at the B&B after check out in accommodating our train schedule. The room is nice with theme color and feel very comfy to stay and rest in. Strongly recommended B&B.

We wish we had booked more than one night here. Ideal for Perugia visit. Nice clean swimming pool and lovely grounds for relaxation, shade etc. Good views and secure gated car park. Very friendly and helpful staff made our short stay enjoyable. We would like to go back if circumstances allow. -
