Very nice and helpful staff. Although our room had not prepared for our arrival we were offered solution was fast and right. I really appreciate it. The family room is two interconnecting rooms (it is great). -

Grado is a very nice place and the hotel is in one of the best locations, with view of the lagoon and yacht harbor, 2 minutes walk to the beach.
The room was spacious, clean with a large terrace, rooftop spa facilities.
