B&B was lovely we had a studio apartment so we could cook our own
food but still had the Italian breakfast included, which was a help
yourself and either take into your room or sit up on the roof

Our room was nicely minimalist and bathroom cool and modern. The common parts perhaps already need a little freshening, but overall a nice place with pleasant and helpful young owner. Excellent coffee machine (free) and good breakfast. Recommended if you go to Reggio!

Lucia, the host, was extremely kind and friendly. She even came to pick us up at the ferry terminal. We really felt like guests more than clients. Great place with a little garden and a stunning view on the sea. This B&B is walking distance from the sea and main shopping street. -

It was our last night in Italy and our being in A Casa di Poly was a great finish of an wonderfull trip in south Italy. Everything in this B/B was over the excellent. The ownner Nicol is a very nice and kind person.

This B&B is definitely the best place we stayed in our 3 week trip through southern Italy. Everything about it is excellent. There's private parking, great WiFi, a large Samsung flat screen TV, soundproof windows to keep out any street noise, and room AC. Everything is new, clean, and modern. The shower is wonderful, the bed was comfortable

This is a lovely b&b and deserves its high rating. The owners and staff are very accommodating and extremely helpful. We arrived on my birthday and my husband had mentioned this in his email. There were balloons and chocolates left in our room, it was lovely. I had read another review that said the shower was great and I must agree, it was a pretty good shower! We had laundry to do and asked where we could find a laundromat, but they took our clothes and washed and dried them for us.

We were impressed with the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and quiet with a sea view. The breakfasts (included in the price) were excellent. The food in the restaurant was also good. We would book this hotel again on a return visit to Reggio Calabria and recommend it to our friends.
